STAGNATE- to become inactive or unchanging.
MY WAY... some one who has some thing thats in style and it gets play out due to every body gwttin it.. heres and an example : some body has some 22 inch rims every body started getting them now they mad bigger sizes and yo stiill have em thats STAGNATE.
